Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Devan Roman
Devan serves as the Chief Executive Officer and principally leads strategy, growth, and external relations. Her passion for business building stems from her background in strategy consulting, finance, and healthcare operations.

Prior to Viv Aesthetics Partners, Devan worked at UnitedHealth Group, where she focused on mergers & acquisitions and financial integration of healthcare companies. Following UnitedHealth Group, Devan joined Accenture, where she specialized in operational strategy and led large-scale operating model turnarounds for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Devan also worked as an Investment Associate at HICO Investment Group, a $1B AUM private equity firm based in London.

Devan holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance and Operations with Honors from the University of Minnesota.
Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder
Emma Roberts
Emma serves as Chief Operating Officer and leads execution and operations for the brand. She brings extensive experience at the intersection of strategy, investing, and consumer business expansion.

Prior to Viv Aesthetics Partners, Emma worked in operations and strategy at Glamsquad, a tech-enabled beauty services platform, where she played a key role in brand growth and service innovation. She also worked in strategy at Brooklinen, helping scale the e-commerce brand's retail expansion. Emma began her career at Partners Capital Investment Group, an investment firm focusing on long term portfolio growth across various asset classes.

Emma holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science with Honors from Dartmouth College.
